Production times
A lot of Coven items are ready to ship but others are made to order. Most of these items will state the production time in the description but generally this can be between 1 and 4 weeks depending on how many orders are back logged. If you need something by a certain date please get in contact BEFORE purchasing to check if it is possible. 

Sizing 
Ring sizing is the hardest thing to measure at home and this isn't recommended if you want to get an accurate sizing. The best way to get your size is to go to your local jewellery store and have them size the finger you want a ring for. Alternatively i can mail a small ring sizing tape measure to you free of charge (NZ only). 

Shipping
All shipping is sent from NZ post and is tracked. Since Coven is all handmade to order we cannot be responsible for lost parcels. Once we have sent it out and you receive your tracking i cannot be held accountable for what happens after this. If you would like added insurance like signature for your parcel please get in contact BEFORE purchasing.

New Zealand is 1 to 3 working days, Australia is 3 to 10 working days and rest of the world can expect up to 4 weeks depending on the time of year. 

Custom Work
Please send an email to info@covenjewellery.com to enquire about custom work. Production time varies for every single commission. 

Please make sure to double check all sizes for rings and lengths for chain bracelets BEOFORE purchasing as there are no returns if something dosent fit. If your item is faulty or something breaks due to a manufacturing problem then returns are available to rectify the problem.
